From the classroom to the boardroom — designing digital learning experiences that make real business impact.
As my role increasingly shifted from classroom education to training and professional development, I came to recognise an interest in structuring adult learning, and in the tools available to design it effectively.
This led me to complete my Diploma in Digital Learning Design, for which I received a distinction, as well as a range of microcredentials to refocus my existing skills into this new sector.
Through these courses, as well as the process of creating my portfolio projects, I have applied instructional design principles such as ADDIE, as well as tools such as Articulate Storyline and Rise, in order to create learning which is both memorable and measurable.
